Pseads (“seeds") is an educational nonprofit energized by a love of people and planet and the core belief and principle that how we learn becomes how we live.

OUR VISION

Pseads serves as a sanctuary where the rich tapestry of perspectives, worldviews, beliefs, and dreams of humanity converge, harmonizing our collective voices in the pursuit of social and ecological justice. By uplifting the voices of every single learner, we aim to transform our current worldview towards one filled with enchantment, where the celebration of life and the boundless potential for positive impact inspire the human story towards one of hope and limitless possibilities. At Pseads, we believe that what the world needs most at this time are individuals who are following their passion, responding to their inner calling, and unfolding their unique creative sparks.

By cultivating the seeds of consciousness present within each being, nurturing them through the fertile ground of human kindness and care, Pseads promotes their growth and development, enabling them to emerge as the change makers of the future.

Our vision extends beyond individual empowerment to encompass a broader ecological awakening, acknowledging that our well being is intrinsically linked to the health of our planet. Pseads is dedicated to fostering social justice. Through inclusive educational programs and community-building initiatives, Pseads provides a platform for marginalized voices to be heard and celebrated. OUR MISSION

Our mission at Pseads is to reimagine education as a catalyst for positive and lasting change in the world. We find ourselves as learners in the living classroom of the universe, and as such are deeply committed to building bridges between communities, fostering generative collaborations and advancing equity and inclusion in all aspects of learning.

We believe that learning is the cornerstone-the fulcrum-of a vibrant and equitable future. Inspired by the story of a vibrant and living universe, and through our commitment to a holistic and integral vision for education’s role in human evolution, we hope to ignite the heart of the human potential to lead us into a brighter future for all. At Pseads, we cultivate an environment for learning that fosters creative problem-solving skills that is rooted within the art of intergenerational wisdom transmission, empowering all participants of all ages to joyously learn together. This practice brings together teachers, students, and elders to inspire each other, to learn from one another.

Our commitment to learning begins with acknowledgeing the profound interconnectedness between our collective well being and the flourishing of our precious planet. By transcending outdated models of siloed approaches to education that often times overlook the incredible diversity of innate gifts, cultural wealth, and unique ways of learning present within each student, Pseads integrates diverse subjects and the wisdom of multiple ways of knowing in order to create a safe and joyous foundation for learners of all kinds to flourish. This flourishing occurs not in spite of, but because of, the uniqueness of each child.

By recognizing and nurturing the individual gifts and talents unique to each student, we create inclusive learning environments where every child has the opportunity to thrive and shine. Our programs enhance academic engagement as well as personal growth, building bridges that honor the whole person, while strengthening children’s confidence and self-belief through the process of being truly witnessed and received as the unique gifts that they are. In doing so, Pseads is creating inclusive spaces for each child to contribute to a brighter future for all, deepening the sense of connection and belonging, and setting an example for the power of inclusive communities.
